  SPECIFICATION

In 2020, we started our cooperation with the Czech division of Ontex. We prepare HR campaigns and manage the content and image of the company on Facebook. The competition of manufacturers is rather intense in the relevant region, consequently, active communication with the existing and also potential employers was required.

Regular evaluation of main competitors´ activities was another item on the list of our duties.

  IMPLEMENTATION

We carried out in-depth analysis of all data and channels to find an optimum format mix for digital campaigns. In this context, separation of outward and inward communication with the existing employees was extremely important.

Our focus was not only on communication of benefits, but primarily on showing satisfied working staff, company environment and other activities allowing presentation of Onyx as an attractive and sound employer.

Individual recruitment activities are directed to web praceontex.cz where all our campaigns have been gradually optimised.

  RESULTS

The results (increasing the number of web visitors and, particularly, recruited staff) could be seen already in the course of the first year (10/2020-10/2021). During first 15 months, bounce rate at the web gradually fell by 15%.

Significant increase of reach and engagement of the Onyx profile could also be seen on Facebook. Currently, the company is ahead of its competitors in these metrics, even with less announcements posted monthly. Also, Facebook has become the main source of received CVs on the web.

We have been cooperating with LCG New Media agency for two years in carrying online campaigns focused on recruitment and enhancing public awareness of our company in the surrounding region. This is our first cooperation with an agency of this type, therefore, it was important to set clear goals. For us, recruitment of new employees was essential. The LCG New Media team performed this task in an excellent manner and developed our strategy for social networks. We have substantially improved our brand and the recruitment process, hence, we are able to respond more quickly than our nearest competitors. Our cooperation started by administration of our company´s logo on Facebook and in this year, the cooperation will also include Google Ads and Sklik. In our view, regular meetings as well as transparent approach are the mayor benefits. It is never a problem to deal with new ideas and requirements quickly and efficiently, which is certainly a great advantage for our dynamic company.
