This 1-day course is particularly suitable for business owners, CEOs, entrepreneurs as well as marketing and brand managers. Our course will help you get a firm grasp on the current trends in the online world. You will learn the strategy of developing quality content and campaigns as well as the specifics of cooperation with influencers. The course also features real-world examples as well as a discussion of the challenges your company is currently facing.

Not suitable for:

The course is not suitable for anybody who wishes to learn how to set up or optimise PPC campaigns or create content. The course subject discusses the perspective of a business owner/CEO/manager. It is focused on planning, strategy, efficiency evaluation and working with data on social media or other digital media.

This course does not teach you how to run advertising in Business Manager or how to create a post on Instagram. The course will help you learn how to tell if your advertising is really working for you (or not), or what your customers want to see on Instagram.

Our 1-day course consists of 4 different sessions and is 8 hours long, including a lunch break and short breaks between the individual sessions.

Introduction to social media in 2020

  • The most popular social media in 2020.
  • Other social media.
  • Current stats, trends and algorithms.
  • What are social media suitable (or not) for?
  • Analysis of social media, their users, and their potential for different types of businesses.

Session 1: Content on social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn

  • Content creation strategies for various purposes.
  • Brand voice.
  • Storytelling.
  • How to collect data and use it when creating content.
  • Posting frequency, when to post for maximum performance.
  • Real-world examples.

Session 2: Campaigns on social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin

  • Social media (engagement, performance, brand, etc.), when to use them (or not).
  • Key ad formats for individual social media and when to use them.
  • The impact of graphics and formats on the success of content/campaigns. A/B testing.
  • How to use data when targeting your campaigns.
  • How to create a successful advertising campaign on social media.

Session 3: Influencer marketing

  • Influencers and microinfluencers - finding and addressing influencers, terms negotiation and execution.
  • How to evaluate the authenticity and contribution of influencers.
  • How to spot fake followers.
  • Real-world examples of cooperation with influencers + their real impact on business.
  • Contests - organization, terms and drawing.

Session 4: Discussion - social media and influencers in your company, case studies

  • Discussing specific problems sent in by the course participants in advance.
  • Case studies and real-world examples.

Vojtěch Lambert graduated from the MABLIM program (Business and Law in International Markets) at the Anglo-American University. In 2012, he founded LCG New Media. Prior to that, he was part of the complex restructuring of several corporations within the LCG Group, where he focused on business development and marketing.

He specializes in creating digital communication strategies, consultations, and campaigns. His area of expertise is social media. He regularly publishes articles and opinions covering trends in the digital world in publications such as Marketing & Media, Mediář, and more. He has worked with brands such as BAYER, Jim Beam, HONOR, Edenred, HradyCZ, Bubbleology, Omega Pharma, BigBoard, Galerie Harfa and others.

He has developed and teaches an Online Marketing module under the MBA program at the Business Institute. He has spoken at conferences and has given lectures at several universities (ČVUT or VŠE).
